Available Positions

RBT

The RBT works directly with clients to implement individualized behavior plans. They provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy in homes, schools, clinics or community settings. RBTs collect data, document progress, and report to the supervising BCBA. Their goal is to improve clients’ communication, social, academic, adaptive, motor, play, and cognitive skills.

Registered Behavior Technician

Admin

The Admin/Client Care and Support Specialist provides administrative support to our therapy team. They manage client appointments, handle communications, organize files, submit insurance claims, and ensure excellent client service. This role helps maintain smooth clinic operations and a positive client experience. They are the first point of contact for clients contacting our center.

BCBA

The BCBA conducts assessments, analyzes data, develops individualized behavior plans, and oversees RBT implementation. They perform functional behavior assessments, modify interventions based on client progress, and supervise RBTs. BCBAs collaborate with the care team to track progress and adjust goals. Their expertise improves clients’ behaviors, skills, and quality of life.

Speech Therapist

Speech Therapist evaluates and treats communication disorders in clients of all ages. They develop individualized goals and provide 1:1 therapy to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills. Progress is continually monitored and interventions adjusted as needed. The SLP collaborates with the care team to improve client communication.

Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates clients and provides therapy to increase independence in activities of daily living. The OT addresses sensory processing, motor skills, coordination, and cognitive skills through customized interventions. Therapy is provided 1:1 in homes, schools, or clinic settings. The OT modifies interventions and goals based on ongoing progress monitoring.

Licensed Psychologist

Our licensed psychologist work with families to conduct psychologial evaluations and assessments. They with work you learners to diagnose conditions.
